Role Overview
Are you passionate about helping customers succeed by applying real-world oil & gas experience? As a Client Success Champion, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring clients realize maximum value from the platform by leveraging your production and field operations background to relate directly to their day-to-day challenges.
From onboarding and training to ongoing support and performance reviews, you’ll act as a trusted operational partner— bridging the gap between field realities and digital solutions. You’ll work closely with producer and service company teams, using your firsthand understanding of upstream operations to help clients unlock efficiencies, scale solutions, and confidently champion innovation within their organizations.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-savvy professional who is just as comfortable discussing production workflows and field logistics as they are collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
• Lead clients through onboarding, implementation, and change management
• Build strong relationships by deeply understanding client production and field workflows • Deliver customized product training and increase platform adoption
• Increase platform adoption by demonstrating value through real operational scenarios
• Identify upselling and account growth opportunities based on client operational needs
• Provide hands-on support via helpdesk (calls, emails, chats, texts)
• Monitor client outcomes using dashboards and key performance metrics
• Communicate client insights to product teams to shape future features
• Participate in occasional on-call support rotations
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
• Hands-on oil & gas production and field operations experience (key requirement)
• Strong understanding of upstream operations, logistics, or transportation workflows
• Ability to engage credibly with field personnel, production teams, and operations leadership • Self-motivated and adaptable—you care more about team success than job titles
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to client needs, including unspoken operational challenges • Passionate about data and operational insights, with curiosity to uncover trends and improvements • Constantly looking for ways to improve processes, products, and client outcomes
